High Tea Tighty, Claremont

This venue is a cute little place on Protea road in Claremont run by Professional Chef, Zaheera. I was meeting a friend for coffee and it's just as well that it's on one of the more well known roads because there's no signage outside the store making it a bit hard to find. It's only because I'd seen the logo on Facebook and knew the colour scheme that I was able to recognise the colours before I drove right past it.

The decor of the tiny store and quirky furniture makes the place fun and interesting. It's a bit of an Alice in Wonderland feeling with glass topped tables set on podiums of tiered cake structures and the centre display of a delicious looking range of cupcakes and treats arranged around a leaning tower of cake.
