Ingredients
- Chicken ½ kg
- Butter 3 tbsp
- Onion 1 medium (chopped)
- Ginger, garlic paste 2 tsp
- Yogurt ½ cup
- Salt ½ tea spoon or to taste
- Black pepper powder 1 tsp
- Red chili powder ½ tsp
- Fresh cream ¼ cup
Cooking Directions
Heat butter in a skillet and stir fry chopped onion until light brown.
Add chicken, fry until color of chicken change. Put on ginger paste, garlic paste and cook about a minute.

Remove from heat and include yogurt; stir, put on heat again. Add salt, black pepper powder and red chili powder. Cover and allow cooking until water evaporates and chicken done.
At the end again remove from heat and add cream, stir and put on heat. Cook about a minute.

Butter chicken is ready to serve.
